CHICKEN & BROCCOLI

CHICKEN & BROCCOLI

My oldest son works in a Pizzeria/Restaurant.  This is one of his favorite dishes.  We tried to replicate it at home.  It was delicious!  The entire family was so quiet at the dinner table!  They were too busy eating!  We make this often as it is a quick weeknight meal!  For the complete recipe, please visit http://luvcooking.net/chicken---broccoli.html

WONTON SOUP

WONTON SOUP

I asked my son what he wanted for dinner, and his answer was wonton soup!  So I went to the supermarket, found the ingredients, and started making it!  This dinner is very easy to make.  I made the wonton wrappers from scratch because my local supermarket did not carry them.  For a complete recipe, please visit http://luvcooking.net/wonton-soup.html

BANANA WALNUT MUFFINS

BANANA WALNUT MUFFINS

Last night, my son Tyler noticed we were out of muffins!  He decided to look on my website http://luvcooking.net/banana-walnut-muffins-1.html and make them himself!  He loves to eat them every morning.  He is not picky as to which muffin he eats, as long as it is warm and ready for him at 6:30am!  He chose the banana walnut because it was the easiest and we had all of the ingredients on hand!   I love when my boys are in the kitchen!

SOFT BOILED EGGS

SOFT BOILED EGGS

Last night my son and I were watching Master Chef Jr.  They had to make a soft boiled egg without using a timer.  This brought back memories of my mom making them for me.  This morning, I decided to make them for my son Jason.  He asked if I used a timer, and of course I said yes, why.  He told me that I cheated and when he gets home from school, he would make it himself without a timer.  That was the first thing he did when he came home, and of course his tasted much better!  He did it without a timer!  The picture above is his egg.  Perfectly cooked!  For a full recipe, please visit http://luvcooking.net/soft-boiled-egg.html
